More specifically, Oblique/s' work focuses on the following missions:
- To enable the networking, visibility and development of hybrid arts and digital cultures in Normandy by promoting the decompartmentalisation of artistic practices and multidisciplinary cooperation.
- To promote and defend new artistic practices and aesthetics using digital technology.
- Produce information and develop communication tools.
- Support artistic creation and distribution. Working closely with artists to develop their projects, encouraging exchange and dialogue between structures and projects to create greater synergies and cooperative content for training and information for all.
- Building contemporary narratives from reality through and around digital technology.
- Fostering a community of professionals and reflection on new ways of creating, producing and distributing hybrid works.
- Organising professional events, taking part in meetings, leading network meetings, round tables and consultations.
- Monitoring and theoretical reflection.
